I am the owner of ECAdvantage and have been involved in the fitness industry for several years. I have always had a passion for fitness and development which was sparked through my love of soccer. From beginning my soccer career in a local Port Pirie boys team to now having represented my country and playing 8 seasons for Adelaide United I have been fortunate enough to work with both exceptional people and athletes.
Whilst continuing my professional soccer career I have worked closely at Mitise
Health and Fitness to become a qualified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. These qualifications along with my extensive experience in the soccer community have allowed me the opportunity to help improve athletes both on and off the field. Through ECAdvantage my aim is to develop clients to their best, no matter their age, experience or goals.
At ECAdvantage we offer both gym and field sessions. Our gym sessions consist of 45 minute and 60 minute 1on1 or group personal training. The field sessions offered are focused on first touch and ball skills but are customisable for any player or group. These sessions range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
Training sessions with Emily consistently improve my stability and movement patterns, so I feel safer competing at maximal speed and effort.
Emily identified which balls skills I could improve immediately, and which required increased strength to develop better technique. I now have a better understanding of how to select and execute 1v1 skills from training with Emily.
