THE KNOCKS YOU GET DURING SPORT ARE MORE HARMFUL THAN WHAT YOU WOULD DO IN THE GYM

In no way is learning how to move, run, jump, land or build strength harmful to

your development, your body, bones or whatever else. How can learning how to function properly and correctly set you back in anyway... especially as these are

all activities we do every day, usually performed in a more harmful way than

what you'd get in a gym setting, under a supervised and structured program.

HELPING YOU OR YOUR KIDS DEVELOPMENT AND LEARNING HOW TO MOVE CORRECTLY AND SAFELY

Set your kids apart from everyone else and watch them advance above their peers

  • Taking you or your kid through proper movement functions including, squats, lunge, hinge/ bending, push and pull. 

  • Teaching the correct and proper way to absorb and produce force. 

  • Working on coordination, stability and balance. 

  • Introducing strength building once movement is correct. 

  • Focussing on developing an effective gait cycle by breaking the movement down into crawl patterns.

  • Single leg focused work through hops; zig zag, lateral and continuous. 

  • Acceleration and deceleration in forwards and backwards running and lateral running.

Assessment Session

First session in gym is an assessment of current;

- Movement patterns

- Core function and strength

- Jumping and landing technique

- Single leg hops- lateral and medial, zig zag

- Acceleration & deceleration

- Lateral running 

Gym Sessions

With the focus on working with the needs of the clients first, we work towards building efficient and effective young athletes. This will allow them to build a strong foundation to build strength, optimise their performance on the field and prevent injuries now and in the future.

  • Sessions personalised to the individual

  • Programs adjustable and adaptive to the persona of the clientele

  • Highly focussed on good technique 

  • Educating clients of the importance of strength training

  • Understanding of the 'WHY" behind all exercises and how it relates to your sport or daily life
