HELPING YOU RUN FASTER THAN YOUR OPPONENT.

RUN OUT A GAME AT HIGH INTENSITY.

REPEATEDLY SPRINT FASTER AND FOR LONGER.

This program includes speed & sprint work, power, repeated sprints and aerobic endurance running. All these components are what makes up the physical and most demanding part of the game. From the perspective of each individual player, the game is played approximately 90% without the ball, maybe more. Meaning that this time is spent running, moving off the ball to support, making space to receive the ball, transition running, defending and sometimes shuffling across the field, all at different intensities and speeds.

INDIVIDUALISED RUNNING PROGRAMS 

These running programs are NOT generic programs given out to everyone to improve their fitness. These program ARE specific to YOU and your goals. Fitness component variables will be manipulated and progressed to suit you, your field position and your goals.

It will be catered to you via your assessment session results so you can progress appropriately. 

​

Times, distances, reps, sets and work to rest ratios are all taken into consideration of the athlete you are and positioning demands. 

Running SESSIONS

Conditioning Program Assessment Session

First session is an assessment of current fitness levels and movement efficiencies. 

​Movement Efficiency

  • Single leg balance

  • Continuous lateral hops

  • Triple hop distance

  • Single leg hop distance

  • Timed 6 meter hop

​

Strength 

  • Single leg squats

  • Nordics

  • Hamstring iso hold

  • Copenhagen hold 

Anaerobic Capacity

  • 30m repeat 

  • Sprint recovery 

​

Aerobic Capacity 

  • 6 minute run

  • 1200m shuttle 

​
