At EC Advantage we work personally with the clientele to help them achieve their goals. This encompasses working with the person first and athlete second. We aim to have everyone functioning optimally as humans before we introduce sport specific movements.
The goal of EC Advantage is to empower you to be your best. This means working with you specifically for you, your sport and the movements and positions that you would encounter during a game. This will ensure that you remain injury free, move efficiently and safely and are able to produce high amounts of power and continuous repeated efforts during your sport.

I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to play for my country in the sport I love. I have been through the ranks of State Teams, Young Matildas, Adelaide Untied and Matildas. One of the major differences between these levels and club level soccer is the physical strength and ability you encounter from the demands of the training environments, style of play and opponents you play against. In accordance with this, I have been apart of many different strength and conditioning programs that have prepared me to play at this level and maximise my performance on field.
I now want to use my experience to help close the undeniable gap in the physical strength and ability between these different levels and better equip individuals to progress to the next level and competitively compete at their best.

First session in gym is an assessment of current;
- Movement patterns
- Core function and strength
- Jumping and landing technique
- Single leg hops- lateral and medial, zig zag
- Acceleration & deceleration
- Lateral running
With the focus on working with the needs of the clients first, we work towards building strong, powerful, efficient and robust athletes. This will allow them to optimise their performance on the field, prevent injuries and become resilient athletes.

1 : 1 Coaching Sessions
60 mins : $85
2 : 1 Coaching Sessions
60 mins : $85 ($42.50 each)
